Log and Usage Data: We retain log and usage data for a period necessary for security, service improvement, and analytics, after which it is typically aggregated or deleted.
When we no longer need to use your personal information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we will take steps to delete it or anonymize it.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. These measures aim to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EEA/UK, such as the United States, where some of our service providers are located. When we transfer your personal data out of the EEA/UK, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by implementing appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or by transferring to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection. By using our Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to our facilities and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Policy.
8. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)
If GDPR applies to the processing of your personal data, you have certain data protection rights. VisWorld.ai aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data. These rights include:
The right to access, update or delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.
The right of rectification. You have the right to have your information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.
The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data (e.g., for direct marketing or when processing is based on legitimate interests).
The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.
The right to data portability. You have the right to be provided with a copy of the information we have on you in a structured, machine-readable and commonly used format.
The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where VisWorld.ai relied on your consent to process your personal information. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at feedback@visworld.ai. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, and in any event within one month of receipt of your request, unless a longer period is permitted by applicable law.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority in the EEA.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 ("Minimum User Age"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the Minimum User Age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, please contact us at feedback@visworld.ai. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent (where required), we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
For users in the EU/EEA, if we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent's consent before we collect and use that information (typically for users between 13 and 16, depending on the Member State).
10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, or manage your preferences via our cookie consent tool. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
11. "Do Not Track" Signals
Some web browsers may transmit "Do Not Track" signals to websites with which the browser communicates. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to these signals.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (such as by email notification or a notice on our Website homepage) prior to the change becoming effective. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
