Refund Policy for Visworld.ai

Effective Date: August 20, 2025

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions for refunds for services and products purchased through Visworld.ai (the "Site"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By making a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. Please review it carefully before making any purchase.

2. General Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.

A purchase is only eligible for a refund if the purchased services, credits, or features have remained entirely unused. For the purposes of this Policy, "used" is defined as any of the following actions occurring after the purchase:

  • The generation, processing, or downloading of any content or media;
  • The consumption or application of any purchased credits;
  • The access to or utilization of any paid features or services.

Once any portion of the service has been used, the purchase is rendered non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Services and Scenarios

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy, refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Used Services: Any purchase where the services or credits have been partially or fully used, as defined in Section 2.
  • Subscription Renewals: Fees charged for any recurring subscription renewals are non-refundable. Please refer to Section 6 for our Subscription Cancellation Policy.
  • Promotional Purchases: Purchases made using promotional codes, discounts, trial credits, or referral rewards.
  • Waiver of Refund Right: Digital services or content for which you have provided prior express consent to immediate performance and have acknowledged the consequential loss of your right of withdrawal.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request, you must send an email to feedback@visworld.ai containing the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Visworld.ai account or your Account ID.
  • The transaction ID or receipt for the purchase.
  • The date and total amount of the transaction.
  • A clear statement detailing the reason for the refund request.

We reserve the right to request additional information to verify your identity and the details of the purchase. Failure to provide the required information may result in the denial of your request.

5. Review and Processing

Upon receipt of a complete refund request, we will review it within approximately three (3) to five (5) business days.

  • Approved Refunds: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Please note that the exact timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • Denied Refunds: If your request is denied, we will notify you via email with an explanation. At our sole discretion, we may offer an alternative resolution, such as service credit.

6. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will cease all future billing for that subscription. Cancellation is not retroactive and does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the subscription services until the end of the current paid period.

7. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

Should you believe a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact us at feedback@visworld.ai within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date to seek a resolution.

You agree to contact us to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will be considered a breach of our Terms of Service and will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account. If a chargeback is initiated and subsequently resolved in our favor, we reserve the right to apply an administrative fee to your account.

8. Policy Modifications

Visworld.ai reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on the Site. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
