This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions for refunds for services and products purchased through Visworld.ai (the "Site"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By making a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. Please review it carefully before making any purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.
A purchase is only eligible for a refund if the purchased services, credits, or features have remained entirely unused. For the purposes of this Policy, "used" is defined as any of the following actions occurring after the purchase:
Once any portion of the service has been used, the purchase is rendered non-refundable.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy, refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

We reserve the right to request additional information to verify your identity and the details of the purchase. Failure to provide the required information may result in the denial of your request.
Upon receipt of a complete refund request, we will review it within approximately three (3) to five (5) business days.
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will cease all future billing for that subscription. Cancellation is not retroactive and does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the subscription services until the end of the current paid period.
Should you believe a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact us at feedback@visworld.ai within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date to seek a resolution.
You agree to contact us to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will be considered a breach of our Terms of Service and will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account. If a chargeback is initiated and subsequently resolved in our favor, we reserve the right to apply an administrative fee to your account.
Visworld.ai reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on the Site. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
